* All Members have equal voting rights (one member - one vote) and can elect or stand for election to the Board of Trustees.

* There are also ‘Member Benefits’ including access to the Members On Line Forum.

* Support and information is free to Members through our On Line Members Forum.

* Groups of Members involved in projects can have their own (free) section of the Forum.

* Members also receive 10% discount on any paid-for services

Community Empowerment Ltd is a multi-stakeholder charitable society.

Membership is open to supporters and users of our services.

To become a Member it will cost £1 for a single share and £5 in an annual supporters’ subscription.

(including those offered by Co-operative Admin Solutions CIC, Co-operative Education Solutions CIC or Co-operative Service Solutions CIC) and including those such as pay roll services for enterprises and third sector organisations.

By maintaining low cost membership our aim is to avoid financial exclusion and enable all participants in our development projects to become Members and share access to on-line resources and support.
